Squid Industries lists their Nautilus bushings as having an Pivot_System#Outer_Diameter of 0.2482" +/- .0002 OD = 6.30428mm +/- 0.00508, yet Pivot_System#Bushings with an Pivot_System#Outer_Diameter of 6.350mm (0.25in) fit perfectly.

Screw And Sex Bolt Quality

Squid Industries screws and sex bolts can be continued to crank after they are fully tight, making them bind on very oversized bushings.
