:A manufacturer puts out the steel of the blade in their specification sheet for the Balisong. All you have to do is search up that steel's HRC. People much smarter int he subject than you or I have already tested dozens of blade steels' hardness ratings. It is not something you have to test at home, all the information is out there. I'm not sure if HRC is something that should be in the list because unfortunately HRC testing is not really something that's common in the balisong world, so because of that, the HRC column will be mostly empty.
